Camp Tishomingo

Camp Tishomingo is a Bible Camp outreach ministry coordinated by participating churches of the Arizona Association of Regular Baptist Churches. The AARBC is a voluntary association of independent Baptist churches that hold to the fundamentals of the faith and work together for the glory of the Lord. The primary goal of Camp Tishomingo is to exalt the Lord Jesus Christ by teaching the Word of God boldly, encouraging young people to trust and follow Him.

  1.  Young people are urged to have a time of private devotions every morning and to memorize Scripture throughout the camp week.
  2.  They are taught the Word of God from their counselor in personal conversation and small group interaction, and by our Camp Speaker in our evening sessions.
  3.  They are encouraged to trust Jesus Christ as Savior and serve Him as Lord.
  4.  They are challenged to develop life skills by…

Understanding the Scripture and applying Biblical truth to their daily lives.
Learning social skills as they interact with staff and other campers and bear responsibility for their own decisions.
Maturing emotional health as they rely on the Word and the Spirit in a new environment.
Acquiring healthy habits and discovering the wise use of leisure time.  Daily physical activity encourages a lifestyle of physical fitness.
Relying on the truth of Scripture as it speaks to every aspect of life.
Additionally, older campers are given practical leadership experiences.

Camp Tishomingo is located on 40 acres in eastern Arizona, 25 miles east of Show Low. We are currently developing our recently purchased property; 2015 was our first camp season on this land. For further information, you can visit the camp website:  www.camptishomingo.org.
